How to Use Your Interactive Books with Xodo PDF Reader & Editor
Your interactive books work best with Xodo PDF Reader & Editor because it supports handwriting, checkboxes, hyperlinks, and navigation tools. Follow this guide to open and use your book on your device. It is Free to use. There are Premium Features, but you do not need them to use our books.
Step 1: Download Xodo
For Android (Samsung, etc.): Get Xodo from Google Play Click here
For iPhone & iPad: Get Xodo from the App Store Click here
Step 2: Open Your Interactive Book
Download the PDF from your purchase or store account.
Open Xodo on your device.
Tap the “+” button or “Open Document” and select your book’s PDF.
Step 3: Navigate Using the Interactive Index
Tap on the Table of Contents or Index in the book.
The hyperlinks will take you directly to different sections!
Step 4: Write, Check Boxes, and Highlight
Write: Tap the pen icon ✍️ to start writing. Works with fingers or a stylus.
Check Off Boxes: Tap the pen tool, then draw checkmarks in the boxes.
Highlight: Tap the highlighter tool and drag over text.
Undo Mistakes: Tap the eraser tool to remove handwriting.
Step 5: Save Your Progress
Xodo automatically saves your work!
If you use cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), Xodo syncs changes when connected to the internet.
Troubleshooting & Tips
✔ If links don’t work, make sure “Hand Tool” (cursor icon) is active before tapping.
✔ Use Pinch Zoom to enlarge text for easier writing.
✔ Want dark mode? Go to Settings > Theme > Dark to reduce eye strain.
